Pros:The staff was helpful, and pickup and drop off were easyCons:The car reeked of cigarettes. It was quite overpowering and I could smell it on my jacket after getting out of the car. As a family of non smokers, traveling with a young child, it was kind of gross and embarrassing.Reviewed 12 Apr 2021

Pros:The employee was kind and let me check-in early, the process overall was quick and efficient. No hard sell on extra services. Check-out was similarly efficient, same employee, he was kind and took care of the check-out even though I forgot my paperwork.Cons:The car was unclean and had a strong cigarette odor(I'm a non smoker). I took photos for my own sake, and would have asked for a second car if I wasn't late for an appointment. The odor stuck to my clothes and I smelled like cigarettes every time I got out of the rental.Reviewed 23 Feb 2018

Toaster car makes more than toast!Pros:I admit to being a little prejudiced towards the Kia Soul because of their ads featuring hamsters driving toasters, but I was pleased with its performance. Plenty of room, good visibility, and pep. Was a little rough ride over bumps and kinda awkward getting out of the car, but overall was acceptable. I would still never own one, but I'd be fine renting that model again. Budget made the rental process seamless.Cons:Ride was a little rough. Hard to get out of.Reviewed 23 Feb 2017
