Great gas mileage for a minivan, it was a hybrid! Lots of room for the family. Interior was not cleaned well after the previous renter, and there was a piece of carpet/vinyl missing when one of the back seats was put down to store luggage.Reviewed 25 Oct 2026

There was only one clerk at the desk, and she was very surly. The line of people waiting after a flight arrived should have been handled with two clerks.Reviewed 4 Oct 2026

It was ok at best. They did not have the vehicle that I reserved. No upgrades available. Nothing until 3-4 hours until after my scheduled pickup time. Due to time constraints I settled for a smaller crossover SUV. It was decent however it Did have a dent on tail gate. The interior was clean enough but stains on driver seat and had an odor that did not dissipate throughout the trip. The compensation that I received was a simple I did not have to fuel the vehicle up for my return. The price was only marginally cheaper since I unfortunately went with a smaller vehicle. Overall, not my best rental experience.Reviewed 15 July 2025

I did not make this reservation; this was made without my knowledge or consent by someone in another state. Kayak and Budget did nothing to help me handle the identity theft.Reviewed 18 Dec 2023

I like the fact it is at the airport, I don’t like the fact they no longer rent from the offsite location I booked from. Van was relatively clean on the inside but the van has seen abuse in the past there were too many dents and scratches to document. In addition the Virginia Inspection sticker was from May 2023 and I rented it on September 29, 2023, so nearly 5 months past due.Reviewed 1 Oct 2023
