Car hire at Columbia Regional Airport

Pros: No hassles. Pickup and drop off smooth. Pleasant, and friendly staff.

Cons: Inside of vehicle could have been cleaner.

Car return

Pros: Easy access at the airport. Young man was helpful with the return. But, i did not get my original receipt back that had all my info on it. Partly my fault for not asking for it.

Cons: The distance i had to walk. Probably my fault, should have parked closer and let them move it!

Pros: I really did like how the service desk didnt close until the last plane landed. Really shows how attentive they are towards their customers

Pros: Friendly service.

Pros: Fácil acceso al aeropuerto. El joven fue servicial con el regreso. Pero, no me devolvieron mi recibo original que tenía toda mi información. En parte, mi culpa por no pedirlo.

Cons: La distancia que tuve que caminar. Probablemente mi culpa, debería haber aparcado más cerca y dejarles que lo muevan!

Pros: Realmente me gustó cómo el mostrador de servicio no cerraba hasta que el último avión aterrizó. Realmente muestra lo atentos que son hacia sus clientes
