Pros:
The staff was extremely helpful, and very friendly. It seems like they did everything they could to help us get into an available car that they had.Cons:
I had rented a large seven person van through the kayak website, unfortunately they did not have a large seven passenger van. We had to cram every piece of luggage that we had into a five person station wagon. It was a bit tight. I don’t know if I blame kayak, or the Hertz rental place.8.0 Very Good

Cons:
Never received my e-mail receipt for the rental as promised. They couldn't issue one at the counter when the car was returned. I did have them go to the car, review check it out for any issues which they did and and got a clean bill on the returned car. I had them sign the agreement stating so....but still no e-mail of final bill.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I booked my rental for the correct day, wrong month. Pre-paid through Kayak. They laughed with us and said not to worry about it - they had a car and it was fine. Didn't charge us a thing, gave us great driving advice (red always means stop, for example) and gave us a discounted way to cross bridges. And the car was new, clean, and fun to drive.Cons:

Cons:
Rep who checked in was horrible. 8 times I told him that I had Ins coverage with my credit card benefits. Each time he refused and charged me anyway. At one time he said the res wasn’t theirs, other time he said I could leave. Unbelievably poor service and misleading info. Please report this guy to execs... he needs to go or be retrained. Cons:
We signed up for a deal through KAYAK that specified a certain price and that there is unlimited milage included. After the booking confirmation we got a call from Avis saying the deal is not possible and brought up different terms and conditions that we agreed on.8.0 Very Good

Pick up was easy, given good advice on tolls, nice car.Cons:
The Audi A4 nav system was a bit too complex and the engine shut off feature is annoying in traffic. The one problem was we were not provided proper paperwork such as insurance, so it was fortunate that the car did not impounded as Belgium is very strict on this.Budget
