Pros:Dropping the car off the person checking the car in was very polite.Cons:When checking the car out the guy at the desk was extremely rude. He also said that the insurance you purchase through Kayak does not cover the car. I had to call and add insurance through my personal company before I could leave. I would also recommend putting winter tires on the vehicle when it’s being rented in Alaska during the winter.Reviewed 10 Feb 2021

Pros:Nothing stood out as being noticeably good. They were short staffed which had the one front desk worker a little stressed. He wasn't the friendliest, but then again neither am I when I'm stressed. Be sure to read the fine print before booking. There's a $500 mandatory hold if you use a debit card to pay. Also, there's a charge per day for additional drivers. If you're from out of state, they require to see your plane tickets confirming your return flight. And if you do not take their insurance option, you have to show them proof of your own personal car insurance and it has to be full coverage. Also, don't be like me and not check to see if this location is at the airport before booking. This location is not the one at the airport and it'll be about a $15 cab/uber ride to get there.Cons:Be sure to read the fine print before booking.
