Cons:Geneva Airport pick up and drop off location is on the French, not Swiss, side of the airport, and was a nightmare to find. It was very stress-inducing to find it when dropping the car back, and being lost for awhile I almost missed my flight, having to run through the airport to make it!Reviewed 14 Oct 2019

Cons:domestic flight was delayed and we missed flight to Geneva and arrived there a day later. Dollar could not hold the car and asked us to modify the reservation which would have ended up being way more expensive. called Dollar who did not care at all. ended up canceling and book with SIXT.Reviewed 12 Mar 2019

The website did not enable choosing winter tires and the orices doubled itself at the counter.I had no choice but to pay because I had to have winter tires, so the price I have payed is double the price I was told in the website. 2. Wrong side of Geneva airport => no snow tires, no highway stickerPros:The car was comfortable and spacious enough.Cons:I never realized this was the French side of Geneva => had to walk all the way back and then the car wasn’t equiped with snow tires (additional cost of 35 swiss franks per day!). Almost perfectPros:I really liked the car.Cons:Paying an extra 50 Euros for a sticker that costs 40 Swiss Franc annually in order to drive in Switzerland. Being charged an extra 80 Euro for not returning the car at full when I filled it up at the last possible fuel station prior to the airport.Reviewed 23 Nov 2018
