Pros: The seat were nice & the staff more helpful than before

Cons: Food can be better Entertainment is not good at all, you are starting it after take off, which might take an hour, and closing it an hour before landing Which is something not nice at all

Pros: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: They should learn from Emirates or Qatar Airways on how an airline service should be.... never again, sorry Etihad...

Pros: The flt attendants were very good but not exceptional. The entertainment screen was the best I have experienced. Coach was as cramped as every other airline I have flown. Seats were not very comfortable. Food was delicious.

Cons: Lufthansa, (and all other carriers) need to remove a couple rows of seats in economy class and give passengers the space they deserve. Seats on international flights need to be more comfortable also.

Pros: We had a “light” fare which didn’t include checked bags, but airline let us check our carryon bags for free

Cons: Luggage left in London and had to pay for baggage when Momondo said luggage was included

Cons: Excellent assisted transfer between Austrian Airlines flight and Lufthansa flight to Seattle in Frankfurt. Boarding in Frankfurt could have been handled easier in groups by seating. Friendly stewards, good entertainement and food options. Quiet B 747 plane, spacious overhead stowage.

Pros: Crew was great. Seats were comfortable.

Cons: The airline lost both of my luggage suitcases.

Cons: I’m not sure that short-hop flights should serve solid food. The quality invariably disappoints. Otherwise, all is good with this flight.

Cons: aren't all the passengers on the flight same? how come economy passengers denied Biryani, while premium and Business class gets it?
