There had been a major snow storm and they gave me a vehicle with tires so terrible, I called to return the car an hour later. I didn’t get a return phone call that night so returned the car first thing the next morning. The tires were to the point of being dangerous. When I returned the vehicle, one employee walked by the vehicle and exclaimed how bad the tires were. They didn’t have anything in the fleet with tires good enough for me to take so I had to borrow a friends car instead. Snow storms are a common occurrence- it’s December. If your company isn’t willing to have sufficient tires, don’t rent in the winter months.Reviewed 7 Dec 2023
