Most HelpfulPros:The young staff took good care of us. We had 8 pieces of luggage and they offered to store it for us instead of us having to stuff it in our very small car. They even gave us a ride back to the terminal the morning we left instead of us having to ferry our bags over piece by piece. It didn't matter to us that the counter wasn't at the terminal. They also didn't get pushy the way some companies have done when it came to the additional insurance and options. They were efficient, friendly, and I would rent from them should we have the good fortune to find ourselves in Reykjavik again.Reviewed 22 Jul. 2016

Pros:Easy drop-off with a key drop (but Reykjavik city location very hard to find). But pick-up took a very long time. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the process seemed disorganized and overly complicated.Reviewed 24 Mar. 2019

Fantastic car!Pros:We asked for a 7-passenger van and figured we'd get some average van. What we got was a really nice Peugeot that had a USB port, phone connectivity and seat warmers! (Great perk for the cold Icelandic weather.)Reviewed 2 May 2017

Pros:Very helpful staff and easy to pick up and drop off (once you realize it's off a shuttle from the airport). They even inspected the car with me before I picked it up and after I dropped it off so there's no surprises.Reviewed 5 Mar. 2017

Pros:Staff in Iceland was helpful.Cons:I booked a SUV (Jeep Wrangler or equivalent) and when I arrived I found out that my reservation was for an economy car (Mazda CX-3). I was mislead by Kayak /Dollar, if I had know that for the price I was getting economy instead of SUV, I would not have booked.Reviewed 15 Aug. 2019

Dollar=hertzPros:I did not know that dollar car rental is hertz at Charles de Gualle. Hertz will nickel and dime you to death and this rental did that.Cons:Tiny scratch on the car which I'm 90% sure was there before cost us 200 euro. The radio being broken and having to pull over and ask an attendant to help us fix an issue with the tire pressure amount to a very unsatisfactory 15 euro credit. Never hertzReviewed 15 Mar. 2017

Pros:The Peugot 9(really 7) passenger van was super with a torquey diesel. Got an off the beaten path tip when checking in, visited a great waterfall valleyCons:Gas gauge was 1/8 down when rented, took picks and brought it back at same. A little huffiness but we prevailed. Laughable stickers in the van about no food and drink, really? The walk is shorter than it looks, wait NOT for the bus that runs infrequently.Reviewed 15 May 2019
