I was charged 100 Euros for 2 receipts and a power cord that were left in the car. And I missed my train because when I went to drop it off during regular business hours, nobody was there. I had to ask a different rental company where to park the car. When I got to the parking garage to park it, nobody was there, so I left my rental receipt in the car along with a power cable I left behind. They charged my 100 Euros to throw those 2 things away. So after that whole thing, we had to take a later train to our destination, throwing off our whole schedule. And I feel like I was robbed of that 100 Euros. In the future, why would we use Hertz when Avis was available, much more helpful, and wouldn't have charged us 100 Euros for this cleaning of our rental receipts?Reviewed 20 Aug 2024
