Pros:Good Value. Car was decent.Cons:They don't inform you you need to contact them at the airport to request a shuttle. The only shuttles we found were pay shuttles. Also they seemed to know nothing about the car.Reviewed 21 Jun. 2016

Great ServicePros:We received a brand new Nissan Armada with 5,500 miles on it. Great interior package with camera and sensors all around the vehicle. This SUV was able to handle the 4 of us and all our camping needs while we explored Banff National Park. The Bose speaker's were also a nice touch to have while we cruised along Rt. 1. The employees were courteous and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made a special note about the return time in order to not be charged an additional day. The shuttle driver was timely, polite and made a great cup of coffee before taking us all to airport for our departure.Reviewed 29 Aug. 2017

Pros:1. 2017 Chevy Cruze provided (the exact car model requested)Cons:1. Although I pre-paid the insurance before picking up the car, agency called me while I was in the air to confirm rental. Gave me a time limit to call them back to confirm, however that deadline also passed while I was still in the airplane. 2. Start mileage on contract was lower than mileage on car. They charged mileage to bring it to the airport from their storage lot. 3. Car was dusty. 4. Damage pre-recorded on damage report was less than actual damage seen. Luckily I insisted we check out the car together before signing the report. We amended the report to include new damage. 5. Sign on counter claims they are open from 5am to 5:45pm. Must be 'Yukon Time', because it was 8am before anyone showed up.Reviewed 14 Aug. 2018

Cons:Driving Force is listed as an on-airport pickup. In reality, the office is 15-20 minutes away. In order to get your car, you have to 1. Find your way to a weird pickup slot 2. Call the office 3. Wait 20 minutes to be picked up 4. Drive 20 minutes back to the office It adds at least an hour to the entire pickup process and significantly adds to the stress of a trip. The car was fine and the staff was lovely, but it seems extremely sketchy that this is listed as an on-site pickup when it is obviously, patently not!Reviewed 18 Feb. 2017

Fraudulent Listing / Driving Force Auto Rental isCons:1. I was charged in advance by Allianz for the insurance BEFORE I rented the car! I did NOT rent the car and expect a full refund. 2. The description on the listing and confirmation indicates Driving Force auto rental is at the airport terminal. It is NOT. 3. When I arrived, I saw NO signs whatsoever for Driving Force, even at the car rental area. I had to ask another rental company if they knew where they are and I was informed they are NOT at the airport and I needed to call them and they would pick me up, etc. 4. A key factor in selecting a car rental agency was the airport location as I had a meeting 1 hour after landing and had to get through the rental car pickup process quickly.Reviewed 10 Dec. 2015

Left stranded outside their office in a rain stormCons:After I parked my car and it tempted to enter their office I saw that it was closed. They did not tell me or give me any warning that they close their doors and stopped their shuttle to the airport at 6 PM!! I was less left stranded as a rain storm started bucketing down. I had my little dog with me and all my luggage where was I going to go? I drag myself across the road to the nearest motel and asked for help . They were at least kind enough to call me a cab. I'll be sending the bill to driving force. Shame on driving force!Reviewed 14 Aug. 2017

Pros:Car was as clean and new as expected. Location was easy enough to find.Cons:Tacked on a whole bunch of fees that weren't advertised. Tried charging us a completely different base rate than the our confirmation said. Lady at the desk was all over the place and didn't know what she was doing. Didn't get a full tank of gas and the person marked that we did. Overall just missing the service points that you get at most larger rental companies like budget/enterprise etcReviewed 15 Jul. 2017

Cons:Even though I had made a reservation, I still had to wait in a long line to get the car. Once I did though every other experience was excellent. May I suggest a line for reservations as all flights come in at the same time. Dropoff excellent.Reviewed 25 Jun. 2018

Off airport a hassle.Pros:The service was nice and helpful once we arrived.Cons:Long wait for the shuttle pick up and no way to call if you don't have a travel plan for your phone. We needed a Suburban size for 6 people and we got an Armada. We barely could fit all our luggage.Reviewed 7 Aug. 2017

Poor people not allowed to rent a vehicleCons:I was not allowed to rent a vehicle because I do not have a credit card. Not many poor person walks around with anything more than a prepaid credit card OR a visa debit card.Reviewed 1 Jul. 2017
