Pros: The beautiful floors, lovely rooms with tea,hair dryer and iron and ironing board...all welcome when travelling. Our flight left early morning and because we would miss breakfast, they packed us a boxed lunch. We did walk from O'Connell street and it is 20 to 30 minutes....but even with all our luggage it was fun.. A plus is that it is close to Heuston Sation and all excellent bus services. An unexpected treat for us was seeing The Dublin Zoo ( amazing) and The Pheonix Gardens....about 5 minutes away. Carol

Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable room with a very nice view onto the front garden. Breakfast extravaganza. Very convenient to all Dublin attractions. We loved it. Highly recommend.

Pros: It's location was a prime factor in our decision. Phoenix Park was very close by, as was Guinness and The Old Jamison Distillery. Right near the train station and tram stop so access the further parts of thecity and country were 5 minutes away. We'd stay there again.

Pros: The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options. The room was large and comfortable.
Cons: The hotel is within walking distance to all of the sights, but is about a 10 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk). We love to walk so the location was fine for us, but it felt far after a night in Temple Bar.

Pros: We loved the room, the views, the quiet, the location. Close to the train station.The bed was so comfy! Also right near the landmark pub Nancy's Hand. The room design is outstanding! The bathroom was huge! We loved it here.
Cons: There had a been some flooding from outside and it went into the hotel lobby on the day we arrived and it smelled horrible it was most likely sewer water. he smell only affected the area by the front door and the smell was gone by the time we left two days later. The hotel had professionals cleaners working on it as fast as possible. We would stay here again. The flooding was not there fault.

Cons: There was confusion too how many people we had in our party and had to pay an extra 30 euros and it took an extra long time to clear up the confusion after a long day of travel.

Pros: Hotel is an excellent choice when visiting Dublin. It has excellent service, very clean, and good restaurant. Although it is not close to where most of the nightlife is there is an excellent local pub 2 blocks away and it is located on the local Luas light rail line which provides quick access to most of Dublin's tourist attractions.

Pros: The hotel itself was very well presented, clean and the staff couldn't have done more to help you. Rooms were big with huge beds and very comfortable and warm. Restaurant was nice, and food was good.
Cons: We usually use public transport to get around and the hotel was a 10 main walk from luas (tram) stops and bus stops, although not far this added up over multiple trips. Would be much easier if moving around by hotel or your own car. The swimming pool is free but you must purchase a €2 cap and a €8 padlock which seems a bit tight. Not much in the surrounding area, and little choice of alternatives for food other than a trip back to the city centre.

Cons: Staff wasn’t very friendly. Manager wasn’t nice. Security guard came to me while I was on the phone and pokes me on the shoulder and said “the manager wants to talk to you”. No manners

Pros: The breakfast was reasonably priced and perfect for filling us up for the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very centrally located for walking just about anywhere, but it wasn’t too close to bars and restaurants so it was quiet.

Cons: Front desk staff always seemed busy giving tourist info to guests ahead of me. Weird how you must pass the desk to get to your room. Felt like you are passing a panel of judges, though theyvare friendly. I think they should have an irish accented greeter because the staff here sounded like any nice hotel in san francisco where I am from.

Pros: Easy to get to from the airport, bus 747 takes you right to heuston station and then it's maybe a 5 min walk from there. A stone's throw from Phoenix park which is really nice to walk through and a ~20min walk from the Guinness storehouse and Killiam gaol jail.
Cons: Bed was a bit lacking. We got a double room and bed was quite a bit harder than what we were used to in North America.

Pros: Reasonable accommodations, short walk from city center
Cons: There was no lounge or bar to meet other travelers, so it had all of the hostel accommodations, bunk beds, shared shower etc, with none of the benefits of the fun atmosphere.
