Cons: You can hear anybody passing in the corridor from the room door closed... From little chit chat during the day to the groups returning from a good night out at night.

Cons: Walking into the room there was a big burn imprint of an iron right in front of us. While the bathroom looked clean, once in the shower the grout really needed a big wash. The towel rack was sooo hot It couldn’t be regulated. Wouldn’t want little kids in there The Green Award is lovely but if you don’t leave a card in the slot your electronics dont charge The restaurant on the weekend is not available as it’s booked for conferences. There is a bar upstairs but the menu is not the same and because the stadium is close by, both weekends we were there, the hotel was set up for big crowds. We had asked for a room at the back so it was pretty quiet there. Sounds kind of whiney as I reread the above but we felt for 10 days we would rather have been downtown so we could walk out and discover more little local places for eating out!

Cons: Walls seemed paper-thin, but I think that's because of the age of the building. I don't think there's really anything that could be done for that - it wasn't really a bother. Maybe I just didn't walk around enough, but it didn't seem like there was very much to do (for a business tourist, anyway) in the immediate area. The Internet cut out frequently in my room. These are just very minor complaints, though. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the hotel to anyone who is seeking a comfortable, clean, convenient location for Dublin travel.

Cons: The rabbit warren of corridors. Uncomfortable & squeaky bed. Some staff not really engaging with their customers.

Cons: The hotel is in a process of refurbishment so only the 4th floor was in use during our stay. The hammering and drilling started at 8am on both days we stayed and despite moving rooms it was like being on a building site. The beds at the hotel were the hardest I have ever slept on, I have been very fortunate to have travelled all over the world with my job so have slept in many hotels but this bed ranked as one of the worst! We were in room 400 (on the 4th floor) which was the furthest room from the elevator. Annoyingly it was too far for the wifi to stretch so we were forced to sit in the lobby to get online. Overall our stay was very disappointing and we won't return to this hotel in future.

Cons: We travelled by car and found it almost impossible to find the entrance. By foot it would have been easy. We were given very many wrong directions. No AC

Cons: Room was too small and vary dark and basic. Poor service at breakfast hotel needs a freshen up- dining room looks in need of a revamp. Not the same as it used to be.

Cons: Didn’t have electrical outlets near the bed and while plenty of towels there weren’t washcloths.

Cons: That I forgot to book breakfast!
