Cons: I had been provided this address 1, 1000 Airport Road, Leduc, AB T9E8B7 which is wrong. The correct location is inside the airport. It was extremely difficult for me to pick up the vehicle because of that.

Cons: It wasn't really obvious from my paperwork that we had to call for the shuttle to come pick us up at the airport. The number could be more "front and centre" on the reservation paper. Luckily, someone else on our flight was renting with them and had already called the number.

Pros: I like the fact that the car was nice and new and well cleaned and a shuttle provided for ride from the airport and back to the airport I would rent from driving force again and referrer more People to rent from driving force and it was well priced

Cons: What I didn’t like about driving force when I returned the car the person at the counter had no smile felt like he was not friendly or talkative

Pros: Shuttle service was prompt and very helpful. Rental was great, fantastic for 2 kids in car seats.

Cons: I was charged a full days additional rate without being told why. I had to stop the clerk to explain why the charges were different.

Pros: It was pretty much the lowest priced rental I could find. Booked a Chev Spark or equivalent, got a Subaru Impreza, definitely a step or 2 up. Prompt pickup from airport. Girl at service counter didn’t try to load me up with extras to jack up the price. Just a good deal, local company, recommended.

Cons: No 24hr 800 number if you remember in the middle of the night to call and confirm your reservation. If you return car after hours, you have to go to neighbouring hotel to get shuttle bus to airport, which could be a concern if there were mobility issues or lots of baggage. But it’s a better deal than airport terminal rental if you can deal with these minor inconveniences.

Cons: Windshield deductible of $100 after paying $7.99 makes no sense for one rock chip. We know they will just repair the windshield until it actually cracks. It's the first car rental that's ever hit me with an additional insurance and $100 charge thereafter for a rock chip. Overall a bad experience.

Cons: Downtown drop off location was impossible due to lack of deatails, signage, traffic no where to stop. Deatailed directions for complicated drop off downtown should be provided. Alternative location should be provided with directions

Avis wouldn't honor the confirmed rental rate

Cons: Booked a Tahoe online and when we went to pick up the car and was signing all the documents, noticed the price was more than 4 times the price. I showed them my confirmation but the time my just told me there must have been an issue with the booking site. There was no mention of this before I was about to sign and they would not honor the confirmed price I had so I left and went to Alamo who gave me a great deal. Thank you Alamo. Last time booking Avis

A lovely trip

Pros: Scheduled my pickup from the airport for 11, but they did not have a car ready ( I was 10 minutes early as my flight was ahead of schedule) I was upgraded to a B class car and loved it! May have changed my mind on wanting to purchase a jeep because I loved the Chevy Malibu so much. My first time renting a car, and was very pleased.

Cons: I wasn't offered any kind of km deal, which is fine, but it would have been nice if there was a package since it is roughly 400 kms from Edmonton to Jasper

Cons: Although the drop off was to be attended until 7pm, there was no one in the kiosk when we arrived at the airport well before 7. We went inside, the desk clerk took our paperwork and that was it. Upon return home, we had a phone message stating there was a scratch on the car and to call, but we could make out neither the name or the phone # of the guy who called. We called the only # we had for Avis in Edmonton and told them, we were unaware of any damage that occurred while we had the car. Hopefully there inquiry will show earlier damage, but both garages where we picked up & dropped off were dark, & no one accompanied us either place to look over the car.

Cons: When I went to pick up the car, I discovered the quote I'd been given through Carrentals was impossible price and the car rental place couldn't honour it. It was a shock after a long journey and I didn't accept the rental. I can't understand what the benefit is to anyone to give too-good-to-be-true quotes which can't be honoured. Who wins?

Pros: Car was fine. Heater worked fast and well. Comfortable and easy to drive.

Cons: There was a discrepancy between kayak price of $84C and their invoice of $96C returned two hours early. Asian fellow at Hertz/Thrifty desk was rude and didn’t know what he was doing and put me through finding photos of the kayak info and the old email and confirmation etc and then he ended up passing item off to a female agent who got it all fixed and charged me the original Kayak price agreed on. Anxiety over missing the allowed time to get our luggage put through... the whole thing was not my fault but ended up looking like I was the one doing something wrong!!!

Pros: Opening hour, easy to get and drop from airport.

Cons: The winter tires didn't included by default in the rent! In Canada during the winter, it's impossible. I needed to add 20$/day extra cost. So I double the amount of my rent. The car was no smoking car. But I never drive a car with an heavy smoke smelt inside like this! The next time I come back to change the car before left the parking! So keep no smoke in no smoking cars!

Pros: Awfull service. I booked my car for pick up at 1 am, my plane landed at 1 15 and I was at the desk at 1 25 to find it closed. I walked around the parking lot and called the 1800 number to find out the close the desk at 1 am, and they blamed me for not putting my flight information on my reservation.

Cons: Dont book with hertz Edmonton if you are going to arrive after middnight, or you migh find yourself sleeping at the airport waiting for them to open at 6 am and even then they wont even say "Sorry" all I got was you were here after 1am.... I am sure I would never use them again. Companies got to big

Pros: Love the fact that they were ready to help and had options available for me since the first option wasn't decent enough for my preference. The drop off is absolutely amazing and hassle free. Someone is ready to check you out as soon as you drop off so you can make your flight and pass the security.

Cons: For a Mid-Size car i believe that Kia Soul is just waste of a reservation since the gentlemen told me that size wise they are the same but in reality, Corolla wheel base is bigger, front and back leg room space is also bigger. Love the fleet of cars you guys have.
