Boarding was fast and efficient. Not a cramped plane and good comfort. Food was great and attendants were very nice.

Chair was broken. Crew was awesome. Food was eh. Dinner food not so good the sandwich was good ( for airplane food) headphones hurt my ears. It’s hard because no one has plug in earphones

Fast boarding. Cabin temperature was a bit warm, but I guess this is the standard in ANA. The Room seats are spacious, but not long enough for me.

ANA was wonderful just needed to upgrade the food and the entertainment.

The crew was so accommodating. If I asked for extra snack they gave it to me. In economy the seats were wide and plenty of legroom. The backrest should have reclined a little more. Instead it barely moved. The footrest was helpful. Overall, my experience was good and I would recommend ANA as an alternative to other oversees low-cost airlines.

We did not receive our special meal request (vegetarian). The crew was apologetic but then kept interrupting me at least 6 times to ask to see my email or access the web to show verification. (I did not have internet access while on the plane). They kept asking the same questions and taking down the same information. It became exasperating. I understand these errors occur but the constant questioning was disrupted and only compounded the error.

Older 777 - showing lots of wear - Premium econo seats that are difficult to recline and worn springs to they don't return to takeoff position without standing and pulling them forward

Excellent. All the ticket prices have gone up so much. With only economy as the option, I thought I better pay for a good airline and I am glad I took ANA. The only thing is the long layover at Hanaeda enroute to Singapore. Any chance to bring back the service to land at Narita instead for the transit and a shorter layover will be fantastic. I am a fan of ANA.

Gate agent was fantastic in Auckland. They wanted to charge me for my two bags even though I was gold member with United in Tonga. So I had to pay for an upgrade. The meals on both flights had no vegetarian option. The only one item the salad was not tasty at all. Good thing I had brought my own snacks. The bread was white roll which is so not healthy. I think New Zealand air can definitely improve their food offering.

The entire process was excellent! The economy sits are a bit snug so I'll have to be sure to purchase premier or business class next time but, other than that, food, service, attendants were exceptional. Gate agents and ticket agents too!

Can you please process refund. Mum died and dad went to Pakistan to bury her after cancelling flight.

Crew were pleasant, happy to be there and were a joy to be around. Entire operation was professional, well thought out and ran like a Swiss clock.

United flight from SFO to PDX was cancelled. I will ask for a refund. Had to book on Alaska

They announced food service but then never came around. We also couldn’t land so kept trying to get to runway and then had to come up and go around happened like 3 times and cause the child next to me to start throwing up

Plane a little late departing, but not an issue. The pilots humour when he said “I will try to make up some time…. I know a few short cuts to Adelaide” made the passengers chuckle. This is what makes Qantas “Australian”.

I have never had a problem with flying Qantas, so this flight was the same as any other.

After British Airways cancelled my London to Sydney and Virgin Australia refused to refund, there was no ways I would try Virgin Australia again, so it was Qantas - what a good flight experience. So much easier to get off an international flight and get a local flight without having to add extra amounts for baggage

The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours and most of the flights bags were not on the flight. Have also had no communication from QANTAS

I was thrilled with the bottle of water, blanket, pillow, earphones, and little packet of toothbrush, toothpaste, earplugs. I was very satisfied with the meals and snacks and drinks. I alao was very grateful to have a seat that backs up against the lavatory, as it made it very easy to get to the bathroom without being jumped in line, as so often happens in the airplane. Of course that was just a random strike of luck, but it really made a difference.

It was so hot on the plane mixed with being quite turbulent and a rough landing. We all felt very nauseous for hours afterwards. Crew were lovely though.

For a long haul, the flight was good. We left an hour late due to a seat in business class not working. But they made up time and we still got in on time or even early thanks to tailwinds. The crew was friendly. The meals were okay, nothing special.

Internet on internation flights is a basic comodity. Very disappointed. Same entertainment that has been on for the past year. Update your content for frequent flyers

Backpack should NOT allowed put in the flight bin , only put it under the seat. I can't find space put my carry on luggage!!! and I pay for it ! that was very bad experience

Standard flight experience, but there is only power at the seat to row 20 on the aircraft, on my initial check in it did not say that was the case

I feel like they have upgraded the app since I last flew United and I found it to be super helpful. I had stopped flying United unless absolutely necessary and my experience on this trip indicates they have been working hard to improve their services.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

Internet wouldn’t work even after I paid for the package. That was my only real complaint, otherwise excellent.

I called to put a stop to this ticket because it was fraudulent. Nobody stopped it. Then they sent me to Mastercard to fight it alone. Thanks (Sarc) to everyone who helped facilitate fraud and would not dare attempt to stop it.

We were held in customs while someone was checking on all.passengers on flight. We were released with very little time to get to our gate! Very frustrating!

Horrible delays and confusion at all Air Canada counters. Flight was delayed well over 6 hours with little to no communication. Was o my offered a $15 food voucher and $200 Air Canada voucher—-neither of which did I need or have desire to use. Will never fly this airline again.

Prepaid for my seat selection over a month in advance only to be told when I arrive at the airport that the plane has changed and no pre-selected seats would be honored and refunds would not be issued immediately. Was forced to separate from my traveling companion Air Canada. Unsurprisingly was no assistance in this whatsoever. Plane. We got switched on to also has no entertainment options available

I got hurt and needed a wheelchair. They were excellent. I also appreciated the fact that they kept me informed thru out the whole trip regarding boarding, gate changes and luggage info.
