Pros:Desk representative was super!Cons:Unfortunately the additional insurance purchased on the website, would require a $500 fee with Enterprise, if I had had to file an accident claim. Pros:Drop-off was super easy, car was great, great priceCons:Wanted to extend my rental but could not get in contact with the right people to extend it. Spoke with someone who took my information and said that the enterprise where my drop-off was scheduled would contact me about extending. She said they would email me but I never heard from them so I just dropped the car off without extending my rental. Was very hard to speak to an actual person about the car instead of just an automated message.Reviewed 27 May 2020

Pros:The check in at Myrtle Beach was quick and efficient, Doug was excellent and the car was in great condition. Unfortunately the hurricane interrupted our vacation but the ability to change return locations without additional charge made it possible for my family to get home safely. Thank you to Doug.Cons:The staff in Cleveland were unable to help me with the issues on the final amount due, but Doug from Myrtle Beach called and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes as well as sending a confirmation email within minutes! Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful, and pickup and drop-off were fast and easy.Cons:For the first time in a long time, the car category I had reserved (pickup truck) was not available at the time of pickup. I was provided a car in a different category (full-size sedan) for the same rate. However, it is preferable to have the actual car category available.Reviewed 30 July 2019

Pros:Staff was friendly when picking up car. Returning car was scheduled for 6am, but was dropped off at 5am. No one was there so I put keys and paperwork together in drop box. I've heard nothing from them yet - so still hoping that everything was OK ?Cons:Since I dropped key off before someone was on duty, it would have been nice to hear from someone when they processed my paperwork.Reviewed 27 Feb 2019
