Horrible Customer service at pickup. Tried to put me in car two classes below ordered without saying anything. Assistant manager took certain glee in this. Not offering any other of the limited options. Wouldn’t have minded paying the delta and ultimately did so only to be placed in car with smell that permeated all clothing. Staff at Oshawa Bloor Enterprise was professional and helpful. They put our needs first and gave us a fuel efficient and comfortable vehicle. The oil change msg came up one day into my rental and it was a nice surprise being reimbursed for our time taken to get the oil change done!Reviewed 25 Sept 2026

The price was great, but the vehicle was not good (get what you pay for). The Mirage is bottom of the barrel IMO. Inside of windshield was filthy, making it difficult to see when the sun hit it. The vehicle wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait around for 45 minutes. And the vehicle wouldn’t take fuel into the tank except at a trickle. And I think they knew this and that’s why it took 45 mins for them to fill the tank.Reviewed 23 Sept 2026

I liked that I got a quick reservation very easy due to the advertisement that said it could get me a last minute reserved car. However after the reservation was made for the Lincolnton branch, they did not have any more cars available which has happened before. I wish there was a way that the system could verified of the actual vehical inventory availibility before allowing you to make your reservation.
