My reserved car was not available at the airport. I was sent to a satellite office that was closed for business in October. I had to go to a second satellite office. My R car only had a quarter of a tank of gas. I ended up paying close to $45 for taxi cab rides. Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car. I think they should reimburse me for both the car and all of the taxi expenses.Reviewed 12 May 2026

The team at the Enterprise on South Pleasantburg Drive were the nicest group of people that we’ve ever dealt with when renting a car. Super clean vehicle. The manager, Isaac, was super kind and helpful. They made the whole process easy. Great people over there!! Thank you!Reviewed 11 May 2026

Havent had to rent a car for a very long time and was anxious about the present day procedures, especially since i now dont own a car and the website advices that i bring proof of primary insurance. I did however purchase a $75k policy from the booking company. This never became an issue. At both ends (Las Cruces pickup-Scottsdale dropoff)the process was quick, efficient and cordial. The only sour note these days is the incessant policy of requiring a security deposit, oftentimes equal to or more than the rental price. And then this deposit is NOT immediately returned when the car is turned in - taking days and in one prior instance, a week, to return the deposit. Another aspect of this hold is that the rental company has use of this deposit, interest free, for multiple days. For some people, hundreds of dollars that they cant use. This policy alone makes me reluctant to rent cars except for only extreme situations. This was the only downside to this rental experience. Otherwise all went smoothly and the employees at both ends were efficient and friendly. But, i will only rent under extreme cases, certainly never for just leisure and i will warn those i know of this requirement.Reviewed 9 May 2026

Reserved a car. Got a confirmation email and a confirmation number. Got a reminder. Showed up the morning of my rental, and they can't find my reservation. I give them the confirmation number and they search. The agent says, "Oh," then disappears into the back. He comes out a few minutes later and explains there was "an internal system miscommunication" and the system canceled my reservation. Ummm, I'm sorry, what??? Apparently a hailstorm in a nearby hub took out a lot of cars from their fleet, so they canceled the one-way reservations because of a lack of cars. No notice. Heads-up. Nothing. I asked, "Well, what do I do? I'm now stranded." The agent's suggestion was to go down the line of other rental agencies to see if they had a car. So I did. Thankfully, the very last one, Hertz, had one car left. I explained what happened to the Hertz agent, and she said, "You're the third person this morning that happened to - all from Enterprise. Internal cancelations with no warning, no notification, nothing." I mean, I get it, stuff happens, weather is beyond anyone's control. But what IS in our control is notifying your customers that there's an issue in enough time for us to find an alternate solution, or, coming up with that service recovery solution for your customers yourself. I was offered no help, no credit for a future rental, nothing. Just a shrug of the shoulders and sending me on my way. Shame on you, Enterprise.Reviewed 9 May 2026
