Terrible experience, I reserved a Van and when I arrived to pick it up they told me that they had no vans!Reviewed 6 Aug 2026

This company in Woodstock has a very disrespectful front desk. We broke down and was already a very stressful trip. He checked us in and their car reader wouldn’t work for American credit cards and my phone died. So my fiance had to use her debit and provide references, utility bills (thank god we had them on a road trip) and $420. They didn’t send her a copy of the contract and they sent it to my email instead despite me not renting the car. We need to tow our car from Woodstock to Windsor, they wouldn’t even give the keys to the CAA driver because they may have to say an extra 10 minutes after close. We had to return to Woodstock and rent a hotel room while we called CAA as we have young daughters. We returned it the next day at the specified time they told us to—to a key box in Windsor the next day fifteen minutes before the time they verbally told us. They then claimed since it was a holiday they couldn’t check the car in and we have to pay for the days that it sat idle in the parking lot—despite not having a working car. Don’t you think we would have kept the car for a few days while ours was being towed back? The vehicle was physically returned at the agreed Return Location by the contractual return time. The agreement contains no provision stating that a statutory holiday automatically extends the chargeable Rental Period to the next business day.Reviewed 6 Aug 2026

After I picked up the car and got to my destination, I noticed there is a small bag of garbage and empty McDonald’s bags and wrappers in the backseat on the floor. No big deal took two seconds to clean it up. Everything else was excellent. The people are very friendly very knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for anything better thank you very much and I’ll rent from you the next time down there!!! 😎Reviewed 6 Aug 2026

I reserved the car through Kayak/Expedia the night before. In the morning, Enterprise called me to let me know they might not have a car for me and explained that it was because I reserved it through Expedia a few hours earlier. Needless to say, it was unacceptable and the reason didn't make sense. If Enterprise cannot honor online reservation through 3rd party, then don't allow it. Eventually they found a car and it was all good. Staff was very friendly and efficient, and car was great.Reviewed 6 Aug 2026

1. The advertised location had changed. I walked to the address provided on line only to find a notice in the window saying had moved to a new address 40 minutes walk away. 2. I ordered a 4WD but was given a standard 2 wd. 3. When I picked the car and began driving I noticed the petrol gauge was on almost empty. I photographed the fuel gauge and clock. 4. At the drop off at the Toronto Pearson Airport, I was told that the Sault Saint Marie agent had listed the fuel gauge as full. 5. I returned the car 3/4 full. 6. I was compensated fully.Reviewed 5 Aug 2026

The car I reserved was not available so I was given a different one. I quickly realized the car drives and feels unacceptable, so I called to switch it. After being told no problem, just go to any enterprise and we’ll switch it. I tried for four days and everywhere I went, they kept saying they didn’t have a car. Finally gave up.Reviewed 5 Aug 2026

The staff was great and we even got a free upgrade. Our only problem was that we didn't think the Jeep Wagoneer was very comfortable.Reviewed 5 Aug 2026

They did not have the car we wanted and they have the wrong phone number that they claimed to have called us on. However they asked for my number to check in. Wrong phone number on file but correct number when we check in. Just disappointed that we did not have the car and our plans had to be cancelled because of it.Reviewed 4 Aug 2026

Horrible. Renter switched to a smaller car (xc60) and argued they were in the same category. This after i had called in advance to check if they had the volvo xc90 i had booked. In the end i had to leave the place when he said: “take it or leave it”.Reviewed 4 Aug 2026
