Car was to be a the Airport. I was booked at an another location. I was told to get my own transportation to the alternative location, uber ect. I had to go a book a car at the airport location as if I never had a reservation even though they already put me in a car. They had me pull my luggage and mover. to a new car. I don’t know why I need a credit card just to rent a car. I have the money I can rent it. I wasted my time driving over there. I will never do this again with this kind of company. I’d rather go somewhere else. I will take a debit card just to rent a car.Reviewed 18 Oct 2026

We was unaware of the deposit and we had to purchase Insurance twice once. When we were booking it and again at enterprise.. it was a whole ordeal and we spent way more than we should have it’s very expensive and only got half of the deposit back … just over all not such a good experience…Reviewed 15 Oct 2026
