Excellent. We were upgraded for free. The car was very nice and accommodated our needs well. When we returned the car, my husband accidentally left his wallet on the counter. A few minutes later the associate came running after us to return it promptly! My only complaints are that I didn’t love the air freshener that they used…it was kind of a heavy smell. And for the drop off, the email sent didn’t have very clear instructions on where to park and what the drop off process was.Reviewed 9 Dec 2023

Reserved Fullsize, was given economy sizeCons:Was told that no cars were available. They said Mondays are their busiest days and they could not give me a car that I reserved 2 weeks in advance. But they could share cars with National and lend them cars.Reviewed 21 Dec 2016

Professional staff in both CitiesPros:The staff at both Shreveport and at the Dallas Fort Worth facilities where very prompt and efficient. I was told to book ahead online to save time and money. I will use them again on my return trip in November.Reviewed 18 Oct 2016
