I was on a do not rent list that was a mistake that had nothing to do with me. I had to rent an Avis car for $300 more.Cons:

My only complaint is I rented for three months and had to go back every 30 days to renew the contract and that was a big hassle. But everybody is friendly and worked with me every time.10.0 Wonderful

The only thing which could be improved was the car smelled of someone smoking in it. As a nonsmoker, I don't appreciate the smell. In addition, the car manual was missing.Avis
