Great efficient service. I did not get the vehicle that I wanted (electric) however it would have been available had I waited a bit. I said I was indifferent so it worked out. The steering wheel was crooked however the vehicle drove fine. Must have needed a wheel alignment.Reviewed 4 Sept 2026

When picking up the car, was just pointed in the direction of the car and left to find on our own. Could have been a little clearer on location as garage was large. Drop off was painless!Reviewed 24 Apr 2026

All Budget fleet is supposed to be non-smoking but ours clearly had been a smokers car. It took five days of driving with all windows down to make the smell tolerableReviewed 15 Apr 2026
