Drop off was horrible. I was yelled at by the man checking cars in told me I couldn’t leave the car where I left it, but I was unable to back up and it was a lane clearly marked fox returns. I’ll never rent from fox again.Reviewed 11 Sept 2024

We reserved a car in my partners name and paid for it with a credit card in my name. But when we got there they would not allow us to have a car because the card name and the driver name had to match. And they couldn’t change the name on the reservation. So we had to cancel and do a new reservation which took quite a bit of time.Reviewed 12 Apr 2024

I was charged twice for this rental! I was charged by car rentals.com for pre payment at time of reservation and again at time of rental $527.27. Pros:I liked selecting and booking my rental through the online services.Cons:I did not like that I could not make changes or that customer service stated they could not make changes and I had to call Fox or Priceline to make changes to the purchase. This could have been avoided if there was an option for the consumer to cancel or make changes just as easy as it is to the purchase.Reviewed 16 Mar 2021

Cons:The vehicle was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned much less sanitized. The car was not in good condition and sounded/felt like the tires were going to fall off at any minute. I tried to call customer service but couldn’t get through so I sent an email from their website and still haven’t received a reply after 7 days. Worst car rental company. Not worth it.
