They called the day of the arrival and told me the car was no longer available...our uber driver said that we weren’t the first of his riders that had the same issue.Cons:

I liked nothing about my experience with Enterprise. I will never do business with them again.Cons:
Potentially having my car at the location it was reserved would be a start? When we got to the service counter it was closed directing people downstairs. When I got down there the Enterprise Agent Tyler told me my car/reservation was at another Enterprise location. He then proceeded ignore any and all followup questions I had and instead proceeded to talk to customers behind me as if I didn't exist. I've honestly never been treated so poorly in my life. Avis had my in a car 30 minuets later. Never again will I even consider Enterprise, such an awful company to close the entire service desk and direct people through one terrible agent.8.0 Very Good

Counter person at pick up in airport was not one bit helpful after he told us we booked pick up at a different Avis office 30 mins away. Next he told us that office was closed for the day. Said he could not help and to call Uber for ride to hotel. Called help number later that day, no help either.2.0 Poor

Cons:
The car had a speed cap on it and I was driving from one state to another. I couldn't speed up with large semi's were merging onto the interstate and could not go with the flow of traffic. I had to drive this way for 3.5 hours before reaching the nearest Avis in Yuma. There they told me to switch cars but then said they didn't have any cars left for rental. When they couldn't reverse the speed cap on my car they somehow found another car available and I was able to take that one the rest of my way. I was promised a refund on my rental and I got 20$ back on an over 200$ rental. Not only was it very unsafe and an inconvenience, but I missed getting to California by my deadline by over an hour. izabella at the office at 51st ave and cactus-although the car wasnt avail till monday, she was prompt, gave good customer service and helped me out when i needed an extension of my rentalCons:
i did not like the fact that i reserved the car 2 months ahead of time and didnt have a car when i arrived-had to wait 5 days for the car-not acceptable-shouldnt matter that it was spring training and nascar, i have never had this problem before and i have done this for years. what was really disheartening was the fact that i couldnt have my car at my offsite office, but for a mere $700 more i could have one at the airport-pretty crappy customer service-actually as many times as i was transfered on the phone, while trying to get help, i would say there was no customer service to speak of10.0 Wonderful

Izabele, the woman working the front desk, was wonderful. I would give her five stars, because she honestly did the best she could. She had called her manager the night before to get the 2 SUVs she needed (one for me, one for another customer). She called him again as soon as I arrived, to find out where they were. She kept on him, and gave me the updates he gave her (just a few minutes more, not long now, soon, etc). It is ABSOLUTELY NOT HER FAULT that her manager did not have the cars to her location when she needed them, or that he did not give her accurate information. She waived the fuel requirement for the rental as compensation for my four-hour wait.Cons:
The manager did not have the cars at that location when I arrived for my scheduled 8 am pickup. He did not give his counter associate complete information when she called for updates, so from 8 am until nearly NOON, I was told "It should be here soon, just a few more minutes." I could tell she was just as frustrated as I was, especially when the next SUV customer arrived and was told there wasn't one available and may not be one available for quite some time. Apparently there was a tire problem with the car that they wanted to get checked out, which I appreciate, but I would have appreciated it more if he had told Izabele, so she could have let me know, rather than both of us getting annoyed with the manager for taking so long. As for drop-off, I had to do an after-hours drop-off, and there are two sets of instructions on the window with conflicting information, I followed them to the best of my ability, and I hope everything turned out right.One location in North Mountain
