Cons:First, not canceling a customers' reservation of 4 months because their flight was delayed. Secondly, management should offer a viable alternative when a situation like this happens. Saying that there is nothing you can do, is totally unacceptable.Reviewed 26 Feb 2019

No Pick up Drop off locationCons:It took us about an hour to find the person who was suppose to get us the car becuase there is no proper booth/office for Europcar in port of spain airport.
