Cons: First, not canceling a customers' reservation of 4 months because their flight was delayed. Secondly, management should offer a viable alternative when a situation like this happens. Saying that there is nothing you can do, is totally unacceptable.

Pros: Love the size of vehicle for the money I spent
Cons: I would take pictures of all damages and the gas guage in the future, so that their is no issue

No Pick up Drop off location
Cons: It took us about an hour to find the person who was suppose to get us the car becuase there is no proper booth/office for Europcar in port of spain airport. And even at the Drop off we couldnt find anybody I gave the keys to an off duty worker of Europcar
