The office that I booked a car through was in a resort that was completely closed for renovations. There were no notifications, no indications that I wouldn’t be able to get the car, nothing. So I walked for fifteen minutes to pick the car up only to find out I had find another rental place. Instead of making things easier to book the car, kayak actually wasted my time and made it harder.Reviewed 18 Nov 2022
