Couldn’t request a vegan meal somehow but I noticed other people getting them
They announced food service but then never came around. We also couldn’t land so kept trying to get to runway and then had to come up and go around happened like 3 times and cause the child next to me to start throwing up
Good food and entertainment options. Great Staff that were all welcoming and caregiving.
The recline on the seat in front of me came back so that I was staring at the top of the man’s head in front of me the whole trip. He refused to bring his seat back up twice every time he was instructed to do so and only relented when he had a tray of good in front of him. And then right back in my lap!!! Horrible man!! I complained to the staff multiple times, but no one would address the issue. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect flight.
Flight was canceled due to technical issue shortly before the check-in counters opened. Passengers were rebooked on a flight three days later. Request to be accommodated on Air Tahiti Nui could not be processed. Customer service sorted out the refund after calling and being put on hold for almost an hour.
Carring crew, nice ambiance of the cabin, comfortable beds, good food well served. We liked everything.
The pilot tried to make up for lost time due to delays that were out of her control. She communicated the issues openly and clearly and made every effort to do what she could to alleviate issues.
Flight attendants are always pleasant and helpful. Pilot kept us updated.
Just a hiccup being added to the NZ Traveller Declaration a bit late.
I had a great travel experience as there weren't any delays and I was able to get to Mexico City on time for conference.
Food service was bare-bone. Better bot to have any at all rather than hand out premade coffees and cookies to random few passengers.
I like using the Delta app to keep informed, boarding was smooth, and flight attendants were awesome and on top of everything, good communication from pilots.

were we seat it was freezing cold we even got sick. We asked the flight attending why it was so cold and she said she will take care of it and it got worse.
Like most domestic flights in the US, you are basically on your own with this airline when it comes to food, so be sure to purchase meals and drinks ahead of time or expect to arrive starving and dehydrated (like I was).
Pricing of seats is difficult - price transparency has disappeared. First class, business class. Comfort plus, economy, basic…. Especially the pricing of seat reservation. Used to be but early get a better price; now it seems prices are falling as we get closer to departure. Miles ticket value has gone away. Give me a break. Everybody is playing the game of upselling and delivering lower service. When demand drops, so will the game of price gouging, but we’ll see.
The flight met my expectations. It left and landed on time
Everything as good as can be if one flies economy bit not enough toilets!! People were queuing during the whole flight - there are really not enough toilets!!!
Flights delayed multiple times, travellers requests for updates ignored. Qantas continues to desatisfy travelling basics.
They actually held the plane for a few minutes and had someone at the escalators from Qantas checking to see if we were almost at the gate and radioed ahead to tell them that we were on our way. We called down to the person and gave her our names, coming as fast as we could.
Better food, hotter coffee, otherwise it was a very smooth and reasonably comfortable flight.
First time flying in Qantas. There is zero WiFi on the flight to/from Australia. Crew was great both routes - very attentive, personalized service. Pleasant staff throughout.
Packed flight. Urged to check carry-on before boarding only to discover numerous empty overhead bins after boarding. Challenging entertainment screen. After almost 20 minutes to arrive at baggage claim, waited over 30 mins before luggage was loaded on baggage claim carousel.

The plane was new (<6mos old) and was very well appointed. Lots of places to store things/plenty of legroom/comfortable seats/great blankets and headsets. Food was very good too. And crew were all very friendly and accommodating. Great trip!
We were delayed for 7 hours. The staff and management could have organized the getting of seats on later flight earlier than 20 minutes before late takeoff. Everyone was worried and lost. Was chaos and it didn’t need to be.
All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.
The male air hostess was rude and didn’t even offer me a drink. Poor customer service!

United requires seat selection in order for those booking together to stay together.
I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.
The United Airline's staff was very polite and helpful. The contractors that provided wheelchair assistance in Houston were very unorganized and rude. They were causing passengers to almost miss their flights. They were taking passengers to the holding area and forgetting about them. This happened on my return trip to Houston on Nov 13. Their service was very poor. But, my trip with the airlines was excellent.
Needs a lot of improvement to say the least. Majorly disappointed after the service we experienced on both the Japan and China airlines.
Tired of being nickel and dimed for every little thing, especially carry-on luggage.
United Premium Plus or Premium Economy was almost twice the price as regular Economy, but the value is much worse. The seat is a bit wider and more comfortable. but not by much. The food was not good, felt like cheap fast foods on a little bit of silverware. The flight attendance service was the worse, not much attention to passenger, no helping of any kind. All in all, United Premium Plus is not worth its price, and was much worse than its Asian or Europe counter parts.
Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.
I did not like the fact that our bags went missing
I got hurt and needed a wheelchair. They were excellent. I also appreciated the fact that they kept me informed thru out the whole trip regarding boarding, gate changes and luggage info.

Flight delayed by 3 hours because of lack of available plane. So why were we notified on the morning of our departure? Is your scheduling that bad? We, in zone 4, were told to check in our 2 carry-ons because of lack of storage space in the plane. When we boarded the luggage spaces directly above us were empty and so were others. In fact there were many empty seats. If each passenger is allowed one carry-on why is that right revoked at the last minute at air Canada's whim? The AC app doesn't work. It refused to show our boarding passes, and track our luggage. In fact it indicated that the flight was on time even though it was delayed by over 3 1/2 hours
The seats are comfortable. Flight was comfortable and on time. Love the format of the map (so different from United.

i missed my connecting flight nec there was no boarding announcement at the airport and my money in the medium luggage was stolen worth 400 cad with my other currency collections. My luggage also got damaged and the code was changed. i hope this will be looked into and i get my stolen money back.
It was very bad travelling with air canada the people working at check in bagages was very bad person any way I pay to much many to get good flights but it’s not
Air Canada switched my connecting flight to Alaska airlines without any communication to me. The process of finding this out, needing to leave one portion of the airport for the next and what i should have done with my luggage was not communicated to me at all. Even the Air Canada agent that noticed the airline switch at the terminal did not explain this process to me. In doing so my luggage did not arrive with me. The delay to create a claim too 2 hours.
Food was great. Staff was great. I would have liked to see more in flight shopping - they went by so fast I missed it. I would have liked more variety in tv shows but overall flight was great. The staff made all the difference.
