Short flight so no entertainment, turbulence so no food service - overall flight as expected

All was good, the only thing was it didn't run on time.

Overall excellent but the Captain kept the seat belt sign on for far too long, especially at the beginning and end of the flight. It was 2 hours after take-off before the crew were able to start the service (on an 11 hour night flight, reducing our sleeping time) and the seat belt sign on went on during breakfast (90 mins before landing) and was not turned off again until we landed. This made for an uncomfortable journey of trying to limit fluid intake because it was unclear when the toilets would be available for use.

Couldn’t request a vegan meal somehow but I noticed other people getting them

They announced food service but then never came around. We also couldn’t land so kept trying to get to runway and then had to come up and go around happened like 3 times and cause the child next to me to start throwing up

Flight attendants are always pleasant and helpful. Pilot kept us updated.

Just a hiccup being added to the NZ Traveller Declaration a bit late.

Boarding instructions on one leg of my journey were not well communicated at the gate (Melbourne to Auckland)

1) crackly headphone jack 2) one of the emergency seats recline. Usually second row does. But in this case neither did 3) food was scrambled eggs or fruit. 4) fruit should not be the option to eggs 5)miserable unpleasant crew not a smile. Thought that was a virgin thing

Qantas are unable to service and unfit for purpose, they cannot transport Australians on time to overseas destinations. On top of the inflated ticketing, the Sydney flight to Santiago was impacted because the plane was delayed arriving and then further bungling by Qantas admitting the ground new ground crew in charge of cleaning were not trained. The impact on passengers with connecting flights was tremendous and long ques of frustrated passengers waiting for rescheduling. **Qantas has become the Australian Spirit of disappointment**

Business lounge in Melbourne mediocre. Look at Emirates or Qatar, Qantas! Great friendly crew. Food was good but Emirates is a level above. Business seat good. But can’t compare to Qatar. Main reason for booking Qantas is loyalty and terrific connection via Perth to LHR.

I was pleasantly surprised with my flight to LA with Qantas. Although seats were not the roomies, service was excellent.

The service and smooth landing. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly. We arrived earlier than scheduled.

It's only a short trip from Sydney to Melbourne, which i have done many times. The trip met my expectations

I really appreciated the fact that when I checked my bags at the Quantas counter after arriving from an international flight an hour early, the agent noticed I had a very long layover. He then found an earlier flight that allowed me to get to Cairns several hours earlier than I planned. That was amazing because I had already traveled over 20 hours and wasn’t looking forward to such a long layover. It allowed me to see my daughter and grandchildren much earlier (it had been two years since I visited last).

The leg space between me and the seat in front of me was excellent.

Seats in economy were VERY tight for such a long flight. Food was pretty good, flight attendants were fine, it was just pretty uncomfortable.

All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.

Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.

Seat didn't recline all the way back. Very uncomfortable flight for 8 hours. The turbulence eliminated snack and food stops

Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.

Will never fly with united airlines again. We had a layover in Newark and was waiting for our flight to Toronto. We were waiting at the gate that was indicated on our boarding passes and we missed our flight due to our gate being changed and we had no way of knowing. After our flight was rescheduled, we flew to Toronto but they left our luggage in Newark. It was a very tedious and horrible experience. Their lack of organization was very upsetting and disappointing.

Lost luggage again. Our second trip to Mykonos, and 2nd time no luggage.

The United website was easy to use and had all the information I needed. I needed to change my flight and it was accomplished easily on line. I was also easily able to upgrade and for a reasonable price. Boarding went smoothly and the flight was in time. The service was good in board but the crew did not seem happy at all. Limited availability of meals - not much choice for purchase and in business class they ran out of one of the meal choices by row 4. .

Again we were late leaving Austin , there was no tv screen for the 3.5 hr flight, the pizza I bought was kinda bland

Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.

Glasses of water very small, no any snack and at the second time that the air attendant serve water or juice, she ignored us, only some passengers had something to drink.😕

I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

I got hurt and needed a wheelchair. They were excellent. I also appreciated the fact that they kept me informed thru out the whole trip regarding boarding, gate changes and luggage info.

It was very bad travelling with air canada the people working at check in bagages was very bad person any way I pay to much many to get good flights but it’s not

The Air Canada agents in Newark are the best in the system!

Air Canada switched my connecting flight to Alaska airlines without any communication to me. The process of finding this out, needing to leave one portion of the airport for the next and what i should have done with my luggage was not communicated to me at all. Even the Air Canada agent that noticed the airline switch at the terminal did not explain this process to me. In doing so my luggage did not arrive with me. The delay to create a claim too 2 hours.
