Pros:Size and price we’re good.Cons:Size and price we’re good. When returning car there were no slots for hertz and no employees there at the time. So we took a chance and just left it in another rental car slot.Reviewed 26 May 2020

Pros:Nothing. After waiting two hours after my appointment for them to clean the car, they denied to release the vehicle to me because I didn’t have a credit card. I offered my debit card but they wouldn’t accept it. I offered to have my mom sign a form and use her credit card Hertz said no.Cons:I was charged $88 for a service I was not provided. I am trying to get the money refunded. They did not allow me to rent the car but charged me anyhow.Reviewed 28 Apr 2019

Pros:Staff at pickup were fairly pleasant but did not care that I was frustrated that my car size was not available although it said it was online. I was not happy that I had to pay for an upgrade. She told me that I can't rely on the 3rd party vendors like KayakCons:The staff at the drop off were very nice folks. The pickup location... not so much. When I reserved the car on Kayak I reserved an economy sized car or whichever the smallest one is. Kayak confirmed the availability online and told me that one was available. Cons:Vehicle was not clean-rear passenger window look like a kid had a spit design, could not add my phone - had to delete others info, gas needle moved before I got to Walmart and lastly under the seat was a couple of nuts (yes, I’m allergic).Reviewed 4 Apr 2019

Pros:Car was like-new and very clean. Drove and handled very well.Cons:The car's climate control was a bit frustrating (occasionally would switch back to outside air, couldn't figure out why). Also didn't have cruise control, which was uncomfortable for a 10-hour drive.Reviewed 21 Oct 2016

Horrible vehicleCons:They didn't have the vehicle I reserved, which was fine. But, they gave me a small SUV. The vehicle wasn't clean and drive horribly. The transmission kept slipping, the handling was awful, and as an aside, the radio would only pick up a station or 2 even in a metropolitan area.Reviewed 25 Sept 2016
