The car was dirty. It had no fuel when we picked it up. No one answered the phone, the counter phone or the toll free customer service number Worst travel experience of my life. I will never do business with this sorry excuse of business again.Reviewed 28 May 2026

Key West had few cars because of recent storms. A relatively valid excuse. Your staff was not at all helpful seeking alternate solutions. Eventually after about two hours we were given an adequate vehicle which still smelled of cigarette smoke. The return was easy.Reviewed 23 June 2024

The Hertz location where I was supposed to drop off the car was closed and I didn't know exactly what to do. I wish the employee had told me this when I picked up the car in Key West. There shouldn't be any ambiguity when dealing with a car.Reviewed 24 Oct 2022
