The return process was a bit lengthy, as we waited for someone to check us out. Also, the representative questioned a scrape on the side of the car — but luckily I had photographic proof that it was there when I picked up the car. Strongly advise anyone to do the same.Reviewed 22 Sept 2026

A speedier check in would be nice. The ability for things to be digitized at the check in desk would improve the flow. I stood in line saying now this is a job that AI could and should take over for efficiency reasons immediately.Reviewed 23 July 2026

Uncoordinated efforts between hertz and Kayak- lead me to not get the vehicle as advertised and promised and therefore had to overpay hugely to get the real value from my Nice trip. Doubt I will use a third party brokerage in the future and rent directly from Rental company as save myself hassle and money.Reviewed 18 June 2024
