The desk chairs are getting torn up (still crazy that since the remodel not all rooms have desks). The conditioner bottle was completely empty and never got filled. Somebody's contact lens sat on the bathroom floor near the wastebasket for the entire stay. Those aren't terrible, they're probably just not what you're going for.

Love this note. Great location. Amazing facility. Great view from the rooms. Tons of parking. Did the stay and fly. Parked for 8 days. Super easy.

Cons (-) You have to ask for a bathrobe. I had to ask 3 times for one. My shower drain was clogged so I asked them to fix it. They don’t have cotton balls in the bathroom. The room was very noisy - too near street level.

We were told that the hotel had no such rooms and that there was a problem with the Hilton Honors 800 number and the online booking system, allowing us to book rooms that didn't exist.
