The pick up method in Florence is horrible, I also asked the drop off to be in Rome and I didn’t notice they put Genoa so I had to pay an extra $100 in fee for when I dropped it off to the location I had originally asked for.

Our electric car had a faulty battery and we couldn’t reach the europcar offices by phone. We had to be towed from the road and ended up with a 130 taxi bill to reach out destination
