our flight was cancelled. We could not contact them. Avis took the opportunity the next day to charge ridiculous rates for the smallest vehicles. We went to another provider and were provided with the requested size at near the earlier quoted rate. I will not use a third party provider again. If not direct avis does not care.Reviewed 20 Sept 2024
