The reservation was handled through Hertz representative at Florence, Italy airport (Dollar was closed?). I was not given any telephone contacts if I needed roadside assistance or other problems with the rental. I had an issue with a tire pressure indicator and the car manual was in Italian. It was stressful driving late evening with no contact information to interpret the seriousness of the issue. After a long delay, a YouTube video helped resolve the situation. Felt isolated in foreign land.Reviewed 6 Oct 2023
