We got a deal for our stay, making the place affordable. We were impressed with the 1920's Jazz theme in the decor throughout the hotel. the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel's location was quite convenient, near Grand Central Station and a short walk to Times Square. Would love to stay there again!

Cons (-) Attention at the bar. We were left with no service for 40 minutes, despite the fact that three different waiters promised they would serve us. We just wanted two drinks as part of the $ 30 fee the hotels levy on your stay We were not lucky. Nobody asked what we wanted to drink .its unusual but after 40 minute wait we decided to go to our room. I reported the incident in the morning at the counter ...

Pros (+) The staff were friendly and so helpful. The rooms were beautiful. The location was wonderful. Easy to walk anywhere you want to go. Loved it. I will be back.

Pros (+) Location, location, location. If you plan on walking and using the subway to get around the city the hotel is perfect as a home base to come back to if need be.
Cons (-) Don't spend your time at the bar in the lobby...pretty pricey and you can just go to a hidden gem anywhere in the city. Also no room WiFi, but free in the lobby, so not too bad.

Cons (-) Me and my girlfriend arrived to the hotel at 6pm. Check in time was 4pm but we were told we still had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the key? I would've understood if it was a computer problem but I wasn't given a reason as to why I had to wait.

Pros (+) Our room was nicely decorated and was clean. We also liked the fact that the hotel had water and coffee in the lobby. The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around the city very easy.
Cons (-) The room was very small and it was difficult to maneuver around our one piece of luggage and each other in the bathroom. The wifi also wasn't secure.

Pros (+) Wifi was great and entertainment and amenities on the ground floor were amazing.
Cons (-) I had to change rooms because of the auto noise on the Lexington Avenue facing side.
