Wonderful
Jay, May 2024 - Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel
Great and helpful staff.

Good
Juan, Dec 2019 - Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center
Pros (+) The room was OK. Nothing special and the price was high because this facility attracts a lot of American tourists who are members of Marriott The hotel is far from the center of Paris where the action is. and transportation to the hotel is expensive where you use taxi or Uber. Public transport is complicated
Cons (-) Location, location location Also the room keys became desensitize and have to be remake once or twice a day, with extra wait at the line to get help at the counter. Attention was awful. Prices way too high compared to similar and better facilities in Paris

Okay
Juan, Sept 2019 - Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center
Pros (+) Breakfast was OK. Overdone scramble eggs and dry bacon
Cons (-) I shouldn’t have had to change my key “every” day of our three day stay. It got desensitized and have to go up and down the elevator to get new keys every day. A lot of time was lost in the process. Something so unnecessary and the problem was that every time it happened I had to wait in line until the employees finished helping other customers. This is not good. I lost too much time and will thin...

Maureen, July 2019 - Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel
Pros (+) Everything was perfect
Cons (-) This is a beautiful hotel centrally located on the Champs-Elysées. Front desk was awesome, Remy catered to our every need. Housekeeping was perfect. Front doormen always greeted us with friendly smiles and words, had great sightseeing suggestions and grabbed cabs for our large group of 12 people, with little to no wait. The breakfast buffet was always delicious, a great way to start our busy days....

Peter, June 2018 - Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel
Pros (+) The hotel is well situated in the Paris Opera district close to the Galeries Lafayette shops and easy walk to the Metro.
Cons (-) We flew in from the States and arrived at the hotel at around 11:30. We weren't expecting a room right away but did expect that we could get a room before 4:45. And our bags only arrived ftom storage 45 minutes later. The room itself was reasonably spacious (for central Paris) and fairly comfortable. The shower was OK but the hot water was spotty and the shower temperature wasn't regulated. The ma...

Anonymous, Jan 2018 - Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center
Pros (+) The concierge desk was very accommodating. They arranged for tickets to museums and concerts. And gave excellent directions for the Metro.
Cons (-) The breakfast was frantic and overcrowded. I had to stand in line to get coffee.

Wonderful
Anonymous, Dec 2017 - Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel
Pros (+) The Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel is located near two different Metro lines, near the Opera, short distance from Galeries Lafayette. For those that don't mind walking, there are countless restaurants, shops, places to see. The Metro will take you anywhere else. The staff at Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel are excellent. With my subpar use of the French language, many staff members sp...
