For the money we paid cos of the location it was worth it. however their service was mediocre at best. we had to ask for several things. overall good breakfast was osm we enjoyed.

Literally the closest hotel to Eiffel Tower possible. View from our room was my favorite I've ever had. Staff was amazing and helpful. I give 5 stars!

Pros (+) I stay at the Pullman Bercy often because of its wonderful staff, great location, and it’s quality rooms. As a traveler who spends over about 200 nights a year on the road, the Pullman always delivers a quality lodging experience.
Cons (-) In an effort to improve their facilities, they are undertaking a major renovation of the lobby, bar, and restaurant. Renovations are expected to last through August 2018. I am sure the finished product will be nice as it is planned to include a pool, but in the mean time, guests should be aware of the improvements under way. Pros (+) Good location and good restaurant.
Cons (-) Staff not very friendly. Try to call bell hop in morning of our departure no answer had to carry our own luggage down. Bathroom shower was full of mold very nasty try to change room Hotel was 100% booked or so we were told. We booked to have room with Eiffel Tower but instead got room on first floor with no view. Two guests arrived after us got much better rooms. Only difference we booked thru Exp...

Pros (+) The Pullman location is excellent and convenient, just off the Metro Line 14 St. Emillion stop. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and healthy, a great way to start a busy day in Paris.
