When we went to pick up our rental, we werent allowed to rent from them after we said we were going to Alabama. What a chaos trying to find another rental company at last minute.2.0 Poor

We booked through Kayak and accidently booked the car in our home town in Minneapolis. I was unable to get a refund from Kayak so I tried to get a refund from SIXT. Even thought the mistake was discovered minutes after the reservation was made I had to pay for 3 days of the rental just to cancel. Probably wont use Kayak or SIXT again. Should have been an easy correction from Kayak or SIXT instead cost me $145.00 for nothing. Booked my rental car through Hertz2.0 Poor

The cars werent ready people were waiting for hours to get their cars. I gave up and went to Alamo which had cars now and even cheaper than my rev. With thrifty. I will never use thrift again.6.0 Okay

Cons:
The line at the airport rental desk was 20 people deep. we waited 15 minutes and no one in line moved. perhaps there was some trouble, but we did not see anyone leave the desk to get their rental car. there were 3 agents at the desk. we decided that it would be better to get a lLyft to take us from the airport to our destination, 40 miles away. The cost of the Lyft from and back to the airport was less than the cost of the rental car. There was no way to modify or change the rental, so I lost $145. Next time we will just use Lyft.2.0 Poor

I paid for a large SUV ahead of time and when I arrived to pick up my car, I was told there were none in stock and I would have to pay to “upgrade” to a minivan. This doubled the price of my rental. It was infuriating to pay for a reservation only to be told it wasn’t available and I would have to pay more.2.0 Poor

Location at terminal closed, no signs to tell you where to go. Ordered a full size SUV and was provided a small suv. When questioned about full-size I was told, because it had 7 seats, it was full sized. Will never be renting from dollar again.6.0 Okay

The main reason I like renting at Enterprise Minneapolis Downtown location if for the after hours return option to the ramp.Cons:
Had to wait 20 minutes for a car to be ready. Had to wait 10 minutes to return the car. With only one or two people working, they are never actually available to help the customer.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
It was a brand new car and it was just what I asked for. Due to a long distance drive I requested an all wheel or 4 wheel drive SUV and i was able to secure it with no hassle. It was a well equipped car and a super quick and easy check out at the desk. Well done Enterprise.8.0 Very Good

It was cold in Minnesota and when I turned the heat on the windows would cloud up. I had to continuously turn on the rear and front window heaters which would then shut off the heat. But it was alright, I did not freeze but it could have been a little more comfortable. I would rent from them again.Avis

What you pay for is what you get. I was worried that at the end of my trip they were going to charge extra on miles or come up with something but not at all. Picked up the car with no problems and dropped off took 5 minutes. Will definitely use again!2.0 Poor

When communicating by phone I would have liked to talk to someone in Minneapolis or at least the US not someone out of the country. I would have liked to pick up my car at the airport or at least provided with a free shuttle to downtown Minneapolis.10.0 Wonderful
