Pros:Staff was very friendly, both at pick up and drop off. Very efficient, little wait to pick up. Car was in good shape and easy to pick up and drive out.Cons:Interior of car could have been a bit cleaner (one or two spots needed a wipe with a damp napkin) but nothing egregious.Reviewed 26 Dec 2019
