Pros: I do believe that just about any superaltive once can come up with can be used to describe our stay at the Lord Byron in Rome. Although very professional in their overall demeanor, the staff also proved to be quite friendly and very willing to assist us with everything from directions, renting a car and even spending time calling for us to find an open tattoo studio during what is the holiday season for the locals. I don't think there was a time that we could leave our room only tto return and find everything had been picked up or straightened and this would happen a couple of times a day. The restaurant and lounge were fantastic from the waiting staff to the chef. Incredible food, impeccable service and the genuine feeling that we were truly welcomed guests made this one of our most memorable vacations.

Pros: I would like to praise the staff on arrival in particular max from argentina, who could not have been more helpful when we arrived and always when we needed assistance at the desk. It was ideally situated to visit all the local attractions, so instead of driving it was not to expensive to get taxis.

Pros: I loved the friendliness and politeness we received in the hotel. They were very busy most times, but always polite and courteous. My mum left her passport in the taxi that we booked from the hotel.on our way to the airport. The hotel staff was so kind and acted very fast in calling the driver of the taxi and within 20 minutes, he was back to hand it over to my mum. My husband even called the hotel staff and they assisted him and assured him that they will be in touch with the driver...they were very professional.

Pros: It was comfortable with shuttle bus to reach Roma city centrum, but I think, it should be improved service to reach hotel with shuttle bus from Fumicino airport.By hotel's schedule it goes only untill lunch, although many people coming to Roma with planes on evenings too.
