Pros: nothing at all, this is a scam hotel. you will not be able to see any room.
Cons: This hotel take your money when you reserve it then send you to another hotel. The other hotel was a motel. dirty, small rooms and very far from this location. The hotel management is a group of lairs. They lied to me and to the other 5 people I came with for business meeting. Every one of us got a different reason why we can't check in. We paid probably 10X what we got in the other motel. Kayak and gateroom customer service DID NOT help at all. they only apologized for the inconvince which was a scam. I might not choose to use kayak and gateroom again for thier negative attitude.

"This family-friendly Rome hotel is located in the business district, within a 15-minute walk of Euroma2 and PalaLottomatica. Baths of Caracalla and Circus Maximus are also within 6 miles (10 km). EUR Palasport Station is 18 minutes by foot and EUR Fermi Station is 23 minutes. "

Cons: Bathroom not clean, room tired, unable to get an iron and ironing board for 15 hours. Not much in the area.

Pros: It was nice that this hotel was so affordable. The staff members were all very helpful and the bed was pretty comfortable.
Cons: The location was fairly far from the center of Rome, it took about 15 minutes of walking to the metro plus about 20 minutes on the metro to get to the main tourist sites. It was closer to the airport which was really nice.
