Pros: The staff was amazing and the best we had by far through the 4 cities we stayed in. They took their time to explain the bus/tram routes, got us transportation when we needed it and took care of any issues that arose. Thank you to the staff for making our trip that much better!!
Cons: Really no complaints other than it took a little bit to get back at night because the buses don’t run as regular.

Pros: The Bartenders, who also cook went out if tgeir way to accommodate including making a midnight snack. Bravo and thank you to Gianni, Fabrizio, and Marco.
Cons: Felt more like AHS design and a bit dated. Mattresses were uncomfotable and shower needed an extra foot. Location was just a bit too far frm the City Center, but price was right.
