Pros: The staff were without exception so friendly and helpful, the room (324) was clean and comfortable, albeit a little small and without a view, but had a great bed and very large bathroom including jacuzzi & substantial separate shower. The breakfasts were superb, with numerous daily freshly prepared delights brought round. We also dined twice in the excellent roof top restaurant because we had enjoyed the first dinner so much. We had a lovely stay, and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Pros: The staff was most helpful. The rooms are on the small side but with a large modern bathroom. Plenty of public areas to sit and enjoy a cup of tea. The breakfast was wonderful, did not expect to see the variety. There is a buffet and the waiters come around with additional selections!

Pros: The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff in the breakfast room always had smiles on their faces and were so hospitable...a nice way to start the day. The front desk staff answered any questions we had and the map of Rome they gave us on the first day came in very handy. After taking a long walk on the first day and then returned to the room, seeing the slippers placed by the side of the bed was such a comforting sight. Customer service was exemplary. The location, too, was convenient to so many attractions, as we chose to do a lot of walking. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Pros: Our stay at h10 was amazing. As many others wrote below the revolving door was broken however there is another door directly next to it, zero inconvenience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was relaxing and refreshing. Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The location is definitely outside the city but you can walk a few blocks and catch the 170 bus into town or take a taxi to the center for 15-20 euro at the most. The wifi worked well and was fast. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind staying a little ways outside of the city

Pros: It is situated very near termini station... where you can catch a bus/metro/train... in order to visit the city of rome & travel from the airport. Breakfast was quite excellent with a vast variety of food served in a nice place. Rooms are quite comfortable and bathrooms are well equipped. Worth the stay in such hotel.

Pros: Lovely hotel with a fantastic view from the roof top bar, really helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was huge with a great choice of foods. The location is great and really convenient. You could walk to major sights or use the bus or metro really easily.

Pros: Good large size rooms. Sister hotel with passageway through to adjoining (and larger) Mediterraneo where you can use Gym and breakfast is served. Very well situated for Termini and walked to Colloseum / Forum in 20 mins. We slept well despite room overlooking busy Via Cavour. Buffet breakfast was ok, although not the very best we've had.

Pros: The Bellman arranged for an ice bag (even filled with ice) after my wife fell and injured her arm and lower back while we were out sight seeing; we were most appreciative. Nice breakfast, nice dinner in the roof top restaurant, clean room and great location near Termini & Metro.

Pros: -Nicely appointed entry way right off Via Nazionale.
-5 Minute walk to and from Termini
-Walking distance to Colleseum, Spanish Steps, Eman. II monument etc.
-Nearby Allesio, an excellent restaurant around the corner with reasonable prices and excellent Roman dishes.
-Beautiful balcony that came with the room.
-Ordered room service of wine and appetizer to be ready upon arrival. Executed perfectly and affordably.
-Wonderful breakfast with ultra professional staff

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us to set up tours and book train tickets to Milan. Great breakfast. The room was very nice comfortable bed very bright red decor though. I thought might be bothersome but wasn’t an issue at all. Within walking distance of the train station. It was easy to walk to many places from this location.

Pros: Beautiful views in a lovely old building, close to everything. Staff were welcoming & helpful. Great free breakfast. I stayed during the week and got a good rate, however weekends are more expensive due to the great location. Step out the door and it's about 20 metres to the Trevi fountain in front of the hotel.
