We had a two room suite of sorts with one king bed and two twins. It was spacious and comfortable with a great location right next to the international terminal. We arrived in the domestic terminal late in the evening with an outbound international flight the next morning. Definitely be advised that the free shuttle from the airport that goes between terminals stops running at 10:30pm. Our flight ...

If there was a bathroom fan, it didn't work. The vent grate was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Also, when I arrived, there was a problem with my card. The concierge should have offered to let me use their phone to call my card company...but they didn't try and help at all. They could have at least offered some sort of moral support.

Pros (+) Great location. We were able to walk to nearly everything we wanted to see. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Room was small but very well designed and stocked complimentary mini fridge had a selection of water, soda, juice and snacks. Two window shades allowed options from filtered light/privacy to room darkened. Good breakfast available as add-on to room rate. Comfortable bed.

Cons (-) At breakfast, It would have been nice to have a pot or carafe of coffee available in addition to the one-cup-at-a-time Nespresso.

Pros (+) Bed and pillows were beautiful. It was a proper king, not 2 joined together. The staff were wonderful. Very helpful.

Cons (-) Balcony was shabby, but at the price that was fine, and enjoyed the balcony anyway with the wine.
