The car park is a little tight. It was OK on pick up, put on drop off they had the lanes blocked in both directions with rental cars being returned. It made it kind of chaotic. I had nothing but electrical problems with vehicle. Sixt asked me to take car to mechanics. Key Fob would not work and we were locked out of our car and had to take a taxi home. Next day road side assistance could not get into the car because doors were locked so locksmith had to be called and I had to pay for taxi and locksmith. Called sixt many many times in 3 days, was told would be getting a significant refund and they only paid for 3 days rental. Worst experience ever. Customer Service was the worst, made promises they didn’t keep and we even upgraded to a bigger vehicle and paid in total $3500 Canadian dollars for 6 weeks and had nothing but issues.
