Cons: I should have read the agreement before reserving, as I was unaware of the restrictions on out of state travel. I had to re-plan my vacation, in the middle of my vacation. As much as I loved the customer service and the vehicle itself, I will not rent from Sixt again. I've never had restrictions when renting a vehicle elsewhere.
Cons: I'm sure I could've used a shuttle service to the airport and avoided the $43 fee to change the dropoff location. I was supposed to drop the car off downtown but had to change the dropoff to the airport. You then charged me $43 to change the dropoff location. UGH
Pros: Staff very friendly.
Cons: Advance notice that certain states are excluded from Sixt travel. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was incredibly inconvenienced.

Cons: When I made the reservation it was my understanding that I was getting a reservation that I could pick up at the airport that’s what I requested… That ended up not being the case and it cost me another $80 and lots of time to go pick up my car 30 miles away from the airport ! I really poor deal...
Cons: Nothing. The customer service was excellent. On returning car organized taxi for us . Could not have wished for a better complete service.

Pros: Pick up guy was friendly, but it took 30-40 minutes to get the car -- and I was the only customer!
Cons: Picking up should be a lot faster. They know what car I reserved, the date and time, so it should not take so long.
