Pros:the staff at the Luton Airport office were friendly and helpful.Cons:The car which I was supposed to rent was not available and I was provided with options which I was told were upgrades. However, the car that was provided me was definitely a downgrade from the car I was supposed to rent. It was the cheapest, most underpowered Skoda I have ever had the displeasure of driving, compared to the Peugeot 308 I was supposed to rent. It was fine for a day, but will not be renting from SixT again this bait and switch.Reviewed 31 Oct. 2018
