Girls at desk did not seem interested in their Job. Did not act like they wanted to serve you. The owners manual for the car we were told when we turned it in was in the trunk under the spare tire. there was a problem with the warning message on the dash that said to see manual but we could not find it. Please let people know where manual is. No help on orientation to the vehicle we were to drive.Reviewed 7 Oct 2026

Great experience from check in to drop off. I took the mystery choice for vehicles and ended up with a Ram 1500 truck. Loved it so much, I am out looking for a new truck!Reviewed 17 July 2026

I didn’t have an experience because my reservation didn’t exist when I got to the Thrifty rental counter. Left high and dry!Reviewed 29 July 2024

They ran out of cars and turned me away, even though they knew I had a reservation. Horrible business practice.Reviewed 2 July 2024

I liked the car. It did not look as if it had been washed, however the inside was clean. There were no floor mats in the car.Reviewed 28 June 2024

Aweful. My flight got delayed so they cancelled my car because I didn’t pick it up at the exact reservation time. I had to make an emergency trip due to my Grandmother being in the hospital. This was really inconvenient and I will never give Thrifty my business again.Reviewed 3 May 2024

Check in and check out was great! Quick and easy, efficient people working the desk. Didn’t like the price changed at counter verses on line. $10 more per day to upgrade from a van to a compact car. I requested a compact car being it was only me in the car. Doesn’t seem right!Reviewed 22 Dec 2023
