Cons:the rate I was charged was different than contract. $75 was on contract, I paid 122 Also, when I got to counter for pickup, they did not have car (grand Caravan ) that was supposed to be there and they acted like that was normal occurrence. fortunately, one came in but the process took about 30 minutes not 5-10 like it should have.
