I booked through Kayak for a substantially lower price than any other rental company (I usually go directly through Enterprise.) When I get there they have a price that is almost $200 more! I had to show my conformation email and a manager had to get involved! Then they charge you a $500 hold if you use your debit/bank card or $200 if it's a reg credit card on top of the rental amount. I have never had Enterprise do that! We got in a bit earlier than expected and they also want to charge $150 per extra hour of use. Over all it waa a pretty frustrating experience and hard lesson learned. I will never rent through Thrifty again!Reviewed 11 Aug. 2022

I paid all fees before picking up but the rental charged me an extra 44$ for different types of fees. The person pushed me to get the insurance trying to scare me saying that I would get a fine if the police checks despite my insurance with AmexReviewed 10 Aug. 2022
