No chairs in the rental office. You have to stand up while waiting for the only employee to get to you (and it could be a long wait). No modern credit card machine so I had to be in contact with my credit card provider in order to authorize the deal. No way to buy CDW online (I got an email saying the order was confirmed, but was unable to find it using the thrifty website). I rented a car from the exact same location 2 years ago and had the exact same issues. It seems that nothing had changed since. The car itself was excellent, but the headache around the order was a letdown.Reviewed 8 June 2024
