Pros: The hotel checked someone else into my room while I was out. My things were taken and the hotel told me that I had checked out already. My computer was of great value to me. I filed a police report and waited for 8 hours so that the manger could review tapes. Hotel finally realized they were wrong. It's been a week now and I've not heard from hotel our received my refund. (they wouldn't let me wait in my room and made me wait in the lobby for the 8 hours)

Pros: In reception, Abraham and Areli were exceptionally helpful in their recommendations regarding restaurants in the city as well as top malls to visit. I appreciated their courteous and great advice. Food quality was excellent, including the breakfast buffet. I will look forward to visiting this hotel on my return to Tijuana! The comfortable and very clean room was a good value. Spectacular view facing N from the 7th floor was much appreciated.

Pros: I personally did not like the 2 double bed room they gave us . It wasn't even ready when i checked it . The remote didn't work I had to ask for towlels because they were no where to be found . The chair was ripped . we decided to ask for an upgrade the king bed with the jacuzzi it was only 8 bucks more why not .. It was a bit cleaner and way bigger .
